Tumbling for beginners
July 3rd - 7th (Monday-Friday 3:00-4:30 PM)
For athletes new to tumbling:

- Lunge

- Teapot (Lever)

- Crab bridge

- Athletic stance

- Forward roll

- Handstand 

- Backbend

Intermediate Level 1 Tumbling

July 10th - 14th: (Monday-Friday 3:00-4:30 PM)

Requirement: proficiency in beginner level 1 skills

For athletes working on the following skills:

- Bridge

- Back roll

- Backbend from standing

- Backbend kickover

- Power hurdle

- Round off

- Handstand to bridge

- Front limber

- Handstand forward roll

Advanced Level 1 Tumbling

July 17th - 21st: (Monday-Friday 3:00-4:30 PM)

Requirement: proficiency in previous level 1 skills

For athletes working on the following skills:

- Front walkover

- Back walkover

- Walkover variations (switch kicks and tick tock)

- Back extension roll​

Beginner Level 2 Tumbling

July 24th - 28th: (Monday-Friday 3:00-4:30 PM)

Requirement: proficiency in all level 1 skills

For athletes working on the following skills:

- Back handspring shaping and drills

- Standing back handspring

- Drills for connecting skills to back handspring

- Front handspring

Advanced Level 2 Tumbling

July 31st - August 4th: (Monday-Friday 3:00-4:30 PM)

Requirement: proficiency in the beginner level 2 skills

For athletes working on the following skills:

- Back handspring step out

- Flyspring

- T jump back handspring

- Back walkover back handspring

Level 3 Tumbling

August 7th - 11th: (Monday-Friday 3:00-4:30 PM)

Requirement: proficiency in all level 2 skills

For athletes working on the following skills:

- Multiple standing back handsprings

- Roundoff back tuck

- Punch front

- Aerial

- Roundoff back handspring back tuck​
